We want you to love your Cabin Max gear, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your unused Cabin Max products in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective materials are included.

Affix the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
